Our maintenance division covers predominantly the Midlands area, however we are planning to expand this to a national service.
Putting in place a maintenance schedule at the point of installation enables our clients to benefit from an extended warranty periods – up to 7 years in most cases.
Maintenance
Pro-Mec offer a Managed Maintenance Contract to clients, which is designed to provide scheduled air conditioning maintenance and servicing of the total plant, whoever originally installed your system. All maintenance is carried out with fully qualified engineers and is backed up with regular detailed reports on all work carried out. Servicing/Repairs
Pro-Mec can also offer one-off breakdown repairs and fault finding service for a wide range of air conditioning and climate control equipment and manufacturers. Servicing can be carried out by Pro-Mec on all systems, whether they were installed by us or another contractor.
Planned Maintenance
Air Conditioning Servicing We offer planned service contracts to include cleaning, filter changes etc in order to keep the equipment performing to maximum efficiency and reduce breakdowns.
